  • Orders may be placed via Website, Whatsapp and Email.
  • Please include as much detail and possible, regarding your order, such as quantity, names, colours etc. as well as the deadline that you need it by.


  • Order will not be processed until full payment has been received. Please ensure that you use your name and invoice number as your reference, and email a copy of your POP to hello@bitchintees.co.za.
  • Payfast & Payflex is our official payment partners and provides a secure link for payment via our website.
  • We can also send a Payfast link it you would like to pay via your credit card.
  • There is also the EFT payment option:

Personalised Designs

  • If the you have your own design in mind, you can follow the create your own link on the website, or email us at hello@bitchintees.co.za to enquire whether we can make the item for you.
  • Any design that you need us to create will be charged for, as this is extremely time consuming.
  • We do not send examples or mock-up designs, and proofs will only be sent out if requested.

Social Media

  • From time to time we like to take photos of some of our completed orders and upload them to Facebook. If you do not wish for images of your order to be uploaded, please inform us via email.


  • Our TSHIRTS are custom made, we do not hold stock.
  • Our lead times are normally a between 10 and 15 working days once payment has been received, however, during peak season (such as Easter and Christmas) these lead times will most likely increase. Orders are placed on Friday’s, and will go into production the following Monday.
  • If you are ordering for a special event, please ensure that you place your order way in advance to ensure you get your order in time.
  • We can do rush orders – please just pop us a note on check out.


  • Although we are a home-based business, we are not here all the time, so please be patient. We will return your emails as soon as possible.


  • Collections may take place in Alberton.
  • Alberton collections: Mondays to Friday’s between 8am and 7pm.
  • Please confirm beforehand that someone is here, before coming through.
  • Weekend collections can be arranged.


  • It is imperative that you include your complete delivery details when needing your items couriered ie. Full delivery address (include Business name if it’s a work address) and contact number.
  • We do not take responsibility for goods sent to the wrong address.
  • We want to deliver on time as promised. However, certain unforeseen circumstances may occur which may prevent us from guaranteeing that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. We will not be held liable for delays due to circumstances out of our control (ie. natural disasters, strikes, load shedding, etc.)
  • You can choose between The Courier Guy & Pudo for your deliveries.
  • We DO NOT make use of Postnet, PAXI, Aramax or the Post Office.
  • You are welcome to arrange your own courier to collect your item. Please just let us know that you are sending a courier (and not a relative, colleague etc) so that we can package your parcel accordingly.
  • Please note that the courier will not phone you before they deliver your parcel. The driver will hoot twice and might phone once when at your place, so please specify if there are any particular days or times that no one will be available to accept the delivery. They also do not give a time as to when they will deliver, so please expect delivery anytime from 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Also, important to note that parcels are wrapped or boxed properly, this means we have bubbled wrapped and boxed as best possible to ensure no breakages.
  • If our courier charge seems steep to you, our courier fee includes courier and packaging.  We do not aim to make money off of courier fees.
  • We will not be held responsible for any delays, or theft that may occur once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
  • Should you wish to follow up on the delivery of your parcel, you are welcome to contact us for the tracking number.
  • Please note that we will only contact the courier company once you have made the initial contact with them, and the problem has not been resolved.


  • Please advise us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there has been an error from our side. (Should you have provided the wrong spelling or information or size, we will not be held accountable).
  • If the error was from our side, we will send you a replacement. We will only refund you if we cannot replace the item.


  • It is important to note that we get our clothing from various suppliers, and sizing does vary. You are welcome to ask for measurements of the particular item. Where possible, we will send you a sizing chart.
  • Please ensure you order the correct size, as your t-shirt is custom made. We cannot exchange customized items unless you have received a t-shirt that you have not ordered.
  • We supply T-shits from Size Small to Size XXXL
  • Please ensure you order the correct size. Please refer to the returns section above, should you wish to exchange an item.
